Fiscaal Agent is a bookkeeping SaaS operated by Virtual Outcomes for Dutch freelancers and small businesses.

Virtual Outcomes acts as controller for account, billing, product analytics, and support data processed through the service.

We process account data, contact details, business profile data, subscription and invoice records, support conversations, bookkeeping inputs, and connected-bank metadata needed to provide the service.

When you connect a bank account, PSD2 data is processed through licensed banking providers. When you upload files, we process the contents you submit for bookkeeping and tax workflows.

We use your data to authenticate you, operate bookkeeping workflows, generate reports and tax outputs, send billing and service emails, secure the platform, and support your account.

Optional analytics only run after consent through the cookie banner.

Our stack currently uses providers including Clerk, Convex, Stripe, Resend, Vercel, and backend/database infrastructure operated separately for the bookkeeping service.

Some workloads currently run outside the EU, including US-hosted backend infrastructure. Cross-border processing is handled through the relevant provider safeguards and contracts.

Bank connections use PSD2 providers and the permissions granted through those providers determine what account and transaction data can be retrieved.

We do not store raw card details. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

We retain account and bookkeeping data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or support purposes.

You can request deletion, subject to mandatory retention obligations that apply to invoices, tax records, and audit trails.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and information about how your data is processed.
